Melissa's Birds is a small in home aviary which concentrates on raising great companions for people of all ages. We are just a small hobby breeder located in South Jersey. Melissa's Birds specializes in white face cockatiels as these are our favorite mutation.
Our babies are much loved and well taken care of. With eight years of breeding and hand feeding experience, Melissa is determined to provide the best cockatiel companion possible. All of our babies are hand fed from fourteen days old until they are fully weaned. Our wonderful baby birds are all weaned on a pellet and seed diet. Raised in a very loving family environment and very well socialized.
When our babies go home they take with them a bag containing their current foods, treats, and a care sheet. No baby will go home until we are sure that the baby is eating on their own and refusing to eat baby formula. Our babies are independent and ready to be great companions.
